Cannot even do the simple task of exchanging bills out for rolls of quarters, go to Chase Bank right next door and avoid this Fifth Third, usless.
I Went in to close my Uncles account and was sent to the Cox Road branch to close out the safety deposit boxes. We went to close out the accounts and was told that we shouldn’t have been allowed to empty out the deposit boxes and was held to inventory everything back into the boxes. Poor leadership allowed this to happen. We spent over 3 hours for nothing all because the staff was not trained properly. The service at this location is so consistently poor. Today there was only one teller, who chatted with a customer as the line built up in the bank and I waited in the drive thru. This is pretty consistent for what the experience is like here.
