I made an appointment online, but when I arrived, the gentleman working said he didn't have me scheduled. I showed him my confirmation email, and he said I was correct; I did have an appointment but he didn't receive any information. I asked about opening a checking account and none of the three gentlemen working could answer my questions. By the way, we are existing customers and did not expect to be blown off.
