Awful!!!! I had to get out of my car to go in for services. After I was in the drive thru pressing the call button for help however no one answered terrible customer service
Spoke to a banking manager a couple weeks go about a stop payment that was placed on a Social Security payment to my late father's account, trying to get the estate settled and the payment should not have been held. Haven't received a follow-up and called the branch a couple of times for them to say the manager was in but busy with other customers and would call back, have yet to receive a call back.
