Very disappointing experience with a teller named Sarah Johnson. I accompanied my elderly mother, a customer of over 25 years, to make a large withdrawal. Sarah loudly and repeatedly questioned what the money was for in a condescending and inappropriate manner. She even stated she wanted to make sure no one was “pressuring” my mother while I was standing right there which was extremely insulting and embarrassing.
