Really hopeful with all our deposits and very personal people, remembering details and helping in every way they can
Came with my family to transfer my personal and business accounts, while also getting new accounts. I book an appointment and waiting 15 minutes before someone spoke to me. I can see them getting busy so it’s more annoying than unprofessional. What did not seem right with me was the banker had no clue of what products their business provided. Very disappointing experience with a teller named Sarah Johnson. I accompanied my elderly mother, a customer of over 25 years, to make a large withdrawal. Sarah loudly and repeatedly questioned what the money was for in a condescending and inappropriate manner. She even stated she wanted to make sure no one was “pressuring” my mother while I was standing right there which was extremely insulting and embarrassing.
