I’ve been a loyal customer Fifth Third Bank Sense 2005 unfortunately till now every single month i always find a service charge. sometimes we’re not sure what the service charges for. They do reverse them after complaining but the problem is they show up. keep your eye out for service fees? And don’t waste your money
Don't bother going in or calling if you need help. All they can do is tell you to call the call center for everything. I honestly don't understand why they pay to keep this place open. Trouble with your account? Call fraud. Credit card? Call their credit card department. Trouble with your password or app? Call the online banking department.
