Trenton is one of the better branches, but 5th third suuuucks. You set up non overdraft fee policy, but you always get overdrafted. Im glad Gladis like it, but the 🧃ish overloads will charge you $20 for going 15 cents over that they promised you that wouldn't happen
I have been a customer with this bank even before the name was Fifth Third. I will continue to be a customer here. They have always given me excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable employees.
The only reason i used 5th3rd was for zelle. Went in to cancel my checking since I was in between jobs I didnt want to accure an overdraft or subsequent fees that came with it seeing as the account cost a monthly fee. They convinced me to switch to a free checking account. I still got charged the fee and it overdraft. Had to go in a second time to get the fee taken off. I then get another overdraft fee from my hulu account. Something that literally never happened before they switched my checking over to momentum. This also m... read more
