Visited this company for B2B service. Very pleasant bank tellers
Charged me $100 bucks to cash a $5000 check that was from their bank. They said it was because I don't have an account there and for security purposes. I am very confused on how giving me $4900 and keeping $100 makes it anymore secure for them.
Loan Officer is never in the office, and the manager gives misinformation which delayed our loan. When you ask to speak to someone high-up, they tell you there isn't anyone.
The people that work here are awesome!! Every time I have questions or a problem they are always able to help me and resolve my situation quickly. The icing on the cake is that they are very personable and friendly. Highly recommend!!
