DO NOT BANK HERE!! I put a stop order on a payment and the first person I talked to said as long as all info is correct it will be stopped. It didnt get stopped and I called back and they said oh there is no guarantee and that is a NON refundable fee. They took my money and never tried anything and I cant get it back? That is STEALING!!! Be careful!! If you call and ask for help with something they'll give you wrong information (or they just don't know the answer). Then when you're charged, after they said you wouldn't be, they'll blame you for misunderstanding and for the error! No help and very rude!
Fifth Third Bank I really like this business because of the friendly bank tellers who work here. They always know us by name and are very willing to help with any banking needs we have. All of them are very sweet. The totally free checking account is awesome! No fees for anything, no minimum balance.
