I am extremely disappointed and upset with the "system error" at Fifth Third Bank that caused a check for $550 to be debited as over $3000 from my account, triggering an overdraft fee AND wiping out my savings account ! The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, but she explained that it will take at least 1 business day before I can access any my checking or savings. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I can ensure you I will be taking my business (and my equity line) elsewhere once this matter is resolved.
