This is the worst bank ever! Please find another bank! I will RUIN this bank on every social media platform I can possibly find.
The Clarksville IN branch loan officers are a joke! At least two of the three I dealt with. I never had so much of my time wasted by inexperience and lack of professionalism. I made multiple trips taking the same documentation, i was told on a Thursday that I need to bring some papers that we didn't sign. We went through everything and couldn't find the error, when I took off early on Friday to go the bank I was told " oh we found the paperwork" thanks for the follow up phone call. I should give a 0 but that wasn't an option!!!!!!!
Employees rude and inconsiderate atm kept my money and card and had to dispute and still haven't got money worst service in history. I'd advise people not to use the atm at Clarksville location cuz u will lose ur money and take forever to get back if u even get it back
