Horrible customer service Fifth Third is only in business to screw the customer out of as much money as they can. We no longer go there because of the excessive fees at Fifth Third. We pay over $35,000 a year in interest and they still charge us overdraft fees of $37.00 and over the limit fees. Their customer service is way below par!!!
Great This bank offers wonderful customer service. I am here on a daily basis and have never had any problems with them. Everyone is so nice and willing to help.
5/3 Bank This is a wonderful bank. The service you get here makes you feel like they care about their customers. The bank is nicely decorated with a warm setting. The staff is friendly and seems to enjoy what they due. The drive thru service runs very smoothly and quickly. It's in a good location.
