Had fraud in my account where account information was stolen and over $1100 was taken from my account. They only help I got was them telling me there's nothing they can do and to go file a police report. I thought a bank was a place where funds were insured.
I have had good customer service with 5/3 branch today I felt like the branch manager was very rude and arrogant.Even the young lady that i was in the office with Jaberta Roper & she said herself she was sorry because she could see &hear in his voice. Maybe he saw having some personal issues we never know. Anyway still my branch & will continue to go back I retired from 5/3 .
They denied to notarize my documents the second time . First time their Noatry was expired and this time that anything related to the real estate they won't notarize!! First timeI heard this !! Have been notarizing my deeds and real estate documents at banks. Both times I had to wait an hour for them to come and tell me that they won't notarize. Seems nothing but excuses. I wonder if, legally, they could deny to notarize while being appointed as "Notary Public" by the state.. Also i am their customer for years. Now debating ... read more
