I have had data beaches with Direct Express and Now with Fifth Third for three years. I was filing complaints but individuals were getting settments in the same years I filied. I did not! Today I have to argue with them over the phone and at the bank just to keep my finances and credit report straight. They are always doing evil stuff. In 2024 I filled a complaint about someone using my money to build Google applications.
I was making a deposit. They were very friendly. My grandson was crying they was very nice to him
ATM was working good
Terrible service will not be back any bank is better than them
