This bank and the all of there other branches are pathetic. All of the employees & departments do whatever they please & they don’t communicate with one another. The dispute department lets you dispute whatever you feel you need to. But the Cooporate office has a problem with the amounts in disputes, apparently. But no one from either department has a solid foundation on policy and regulations to inform customers with. They like to cheat you out of money and take days to process transactions. Its 2020... i feel like it's not that hard to process transactions in a timely manner. The lady i talked to was super rude when i called. There are far better banks around here that treat people with respect and can process transactions like its 2020
