I was lied to by fifth third then they didn't give me all the money back they owe me they gave me 21$ and was supposed to give me 30$ because the expedited a card to there branch for me they messed up around 5 to 7 times they kept sending it somewhere other than the bank branch then I left a bad review so they got mad and didn't put the full amount of 30$ as promised the bank itself is making me look bad by a having a negative account more than once because of there mistake I am probably going to contact an attorney because ... read more
I just took my dad Joe Stanford there he gave me permission to write this review because hes blind i took him there to put up a debit card about 5 or 6 times finally today they had it. they said the expedited to get sent to the bank they wasn't going to charge him for it and he was lied to they made his account look bad by charging him that fee his account went negative the banker said he will be refunded all of it tomorrow because they have to have the manager sign off they she gave my dad a blank paper so he can draw out 8... read more
I needed to deposit a check and this was closest location according to Google. NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS FIFTH THIRD BANK!!! They suck,are rude and slow.It took over a half hour when was only one other customer in the drive thru.When they sent me me receipt was no id in it.By then I had pulled forward and was a car in line where I had been.Then I went to the door and was 5 o'clock and was closed and refused to talk to me.I called all day Friday and was cursed at after 25 attempts at getting someone to answer the phone.A dec... read more
