Giving one star is too generous if I could give -5 I would. My partner recently went through 5/3 & its been nothing but a nightmare. If their mobile app isn't bad enough with what feels like a platform/server that's dated from the MySpace era. Then you have their policy altogether is horrendous. Imagine you going to prison except its your money doing the time. Wow. What a waste of my 15 minutes. No I wasn't getting a loan, I was simply changing out small bills for 100's. They said they didn't have $2500 because "it was tax season. " The employee said he would double check, which he via keyboard, to AI I'm assuming. "Nope the most we can do is a thousand" he later responded after chatting with AI. Fifth Third please close these brick and mortar buildings because they are worthless to their customers.
Fifth Third has gone from being somewhat disappointing years ago, to being the most accommodating bank. I'm glad they are my bank.
