The drive up ATM is always down! I have a business, and try to make deposits because the mobile app only allows you to make up to 30 a month. I tried to get that increased, but to no avail. I spoke with Ankit, one of the branch managers at the McMahan Plaza branch, and the results were the same. Nothing!!! I'm sick of 5/3rd!!!
I've never had worse service from a bank. Ive been waiting weeks for my "expedited" card to come in. They do not know what they're doing and the service is bottom tier if not just negligent. I've worked hard to be understanding, but my 2yr old could do better. Definitely changing banks now. What's worse is they couldn't care less if thwy tried.
This is the absolute slowest bank ever.
Attractive facility.Plenty of tellers,didn't have to wait to be seen.Friendly staff.This has been the bank that I have been going to for the past year and I couldn't be happier. Tremendous service for all of my banking needs. I've been with Fifth Third for years and I've never been disappointed.
