Called me and demanded my social over the phone unprompted, the number matched but thats not happening. No name no nothing. No financial institution is going to ask your social before anything else. Nope. Especially not for a “courtesy call”. Lmao.

It’s always one person doing window and lobby and that’s not good waiting for over 15 or 30 mins to just deposit a check! They need more help or something!
Awful experience as a realtor representing a seller dealing with this bank. Zero communication or urgency. They do not verify their clients ability to qualify before issuing pre-approval letters. Mediocre hack operation at best. Response to owners reply: I already called that number when I could not get a hold of anyone in the transaction out of desperation to talk with someone and did not get anywhere.
