I always wonderful experiences at this location. Emma is awesome and very knowledgeable with different programs. She's awesome, if you want legendary red carpet service. Ms.Emma will have smiling and loving that location like I Do. This location is awesome. Everyone offers you legendary red carpet service
Every FTB branch I have visited the service is terrible. Bankers and managers do not seem interested in anything but getting out the door and going home. Staff never seems to know what they are doing. I think it’s time for me to close my accounts. The phone customer service is pretty sound but only so much can be done on the phone. I called my local branch and they put me on hold and just blew me off.
