Yesterday I wasted an hour on the phone with the corporate office CS Supervisor Candace. No last name given when I asked. Ever had a person withhold their name that had nothing to hide? Me either. Evidently she does not understand how to let me speak to her supervisor. No, scratch that. She refused to transfer me. I would not ask her to explain how to water a lawn.
