The teller is rude and unprofessional
My first visit to this location and Hunter could not locate my account even though I provided him the withdrawal form and my picture ID. Hunter stated that he searches by your name and zip code and since my address on my license didnt match the system he couldnt find my account. Ive had this account for some time now and Ive made transactions in many states from this account and I have never had someone search by my name and zip code when Ive provided the account number.
