You could have trust officers that actually know how to handle a simple real estate transaction. All it needs is a signature and we've been dealing with this for a month. Horrible customer service.

Just got off the phone with the corporate office CS Supervisor Candace. Evidently she does not understand how to let me speak to her supervisor. No, scratch that. She refused to transfer me. I would not ask her to explain how to water a lawn. They charge ridiculous fees at various dates. No explanation why it is here, But not all these other times. Never do business with the folks. They are as crooked as a dogs hind leg.

I would give this bank a zero rating if I could. This bank is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Impossible to speak to someone on a phone just outright terrible customer service that clearly is contracted to another country. Their online app and online usability is absolutely terrible as well. Never again I don't need to refinance but probably will just so I can go through a different bank

Fifth Third Security system is for the bird. Nearly every time I try to log in, password is expired, wants me to create a new one, I try to, and it tells me I cannot do it on the Internet, so call a certain number. But they are closed. So I cannot do the financial statement for the neighborhood association now....
