DO NOT BANK HERE. worst customer service I have ever delt with. The branch manager hang up on me, even and told me I was incompetent. Almost comical.
Worst customer service when you have an issue. Also nobody answers the call. Don't recommend if you looking for a good hassle free experience banking.
A new low for the 5/3 in Newburgh. The teller would not let my spouse deposit cash into the account. ID was provided, amount was under one thousand, cash. The teller wanted to know where my spouse worked. When an answer was provided that the teller did not like they refused the CASH deposit. The Newburgh branch has a low rating for a reason. Try to use a good branch of 5/3.
