The customer service at the Pearl Drive location is extremely poor. I will be transferring my banking business to a different institution.
I decided to use this location since, it's convenient to where I reside. I had a couple of personal issues that needed to be addressed concerning my account. All the customer service reps treated me, like I mattered. They were very professional, knowledgeable, personable, kind and greeted me by name. I had to come to this branch a few times and every time I did. I received the same treatment or better!!
