I opened up an account and the young lady that opened it for me was so friendly and very helpful..
This Fifth Third location never has a fully functional ATM. At best, it will accept deposits, but it's either constantly being worked on or does not offer the option to withdraw cash.
Nice and convenient Fifth Third Branch on Evansville west side.
I have visited this branch several times with banking needs for my Mother. The staff is always very friendly and educating on matters I may not have known before coming. Continue to be a caring and respectful branch.
Customer service has gone down hill. The folks at the counter are great. I have gotten the feeling that personal help is long gone. All they want you to do is call the 1 877 number
