I rarely leave reviews, but this experience left such a bad taste, I felt like it needed to be said. I came into this branch to make a personal deposit—nothing illegal, nothing wild, just cash. And instead of being treated with the basic courtesy you'd expect at a bank, I was met with what felt like open judgment. this branch for some unknown reason will not return any calls. i have left multiple voicemails to a Cameron who apparently is my assigned branch consultant but has yet to return a call for a very important issue that Customer Support has advised i have to contact my branch for assistance. its now been a month with no call back. unacceptable.
