Professional, Caring, Experienced. – I go to this branch location atleast once a week. Every time I go in they are kind and professional. Everyone there knows my name and I know theres.
unprofessional, uncaring, inexperienced – My husband and I tried taking out a mortgage through this location to buy a home we had picked out in St. Matthews. Missy Blanford lost all of our information after submitting it for the mortgage and we had to come back in. When we came back in she claimed she had no idea who we were. After resubmitting the paperwork, we waited for a reply. She would not call us back and was never "available" in her office.
