I would NEVER open an account at Fifth Third Bank! Went to this bank location inside Kroger on 04/02/2018, to get a cash advance from my Discover Card. The African American lady who was sitting in the office told her employee that they do not allow non-Fifth Third Bank customers to do cash advances from their credit card at this location. My credit card company was the ones who told me that ALL Fifth Third banks do cash advances from your credit card.
