Not happy with this bank. I have money and can’t spend it. Why is there a $5,000 limit on wire transfers? Why is there a $1,000 limit on ATMs. Why can’t I call to increase my daily spending limit? I am changing banks ASAP but it’s taking me weeks to remove the funds because the limits are horrendous.
Apparently in 2026, Fifth Third Bank still thinks locking customers out of online banking for 2 weeks because they got a new phone (same number!) is acceptable. Super inconvenient and outdated. Definitely not the kind of access or service I expect from a modern bank.
