Well have the mighty have fallen. I had taken a fifth third credit card and went into pay that credit card off asked one of the tellers to contact the payoff department in Cincinnati to get the final amount. I made that payment at the counter that day to close the credit card out. Weeks go by then I receive a notice that I owe interest on an account that was paid off on a card that I never used to make purchases ever It was only for a balance transfer. I usually do online banking, everytime I've been there the staff always greets you with a smile. Always very helpful. I'm glad I made this my main bank.
Man I can understand one mistake. But making the same mistake 3 times with the same customer. That's just unexcusable. Thank you Stacia for once again not following simple instructions. Now my bills will once again be late. Time to seek other banking options.
