Opened an account earlier this year. They were some of the nicest bankers I've ever met. Very accommodating and personable.
I don't bank with them but I got a flat in their parking lot. Nice lady brought me some water. Much appreciated
I honestly can’t understand all the horrible reviews of 53 bank. I’ve been banking there for five years and have never been treated in a bad way. The bank is usually empty, I get greeted on the way in and am out in a flash. When I opened my accounts it was fast and easy. I even persuaded my wife to open an account there. The bank managers on duty are a pleasure to do business with. I recommend this bank to everyone
Honestly, the worst I dislike that my husband had his account here. One teller that basically can only do withdrawals and deposits. Needed to do a wire so then after waiting in line for 10 mins was told I need to sit and wait. Meanwhile you can hear the manger talking so rudely to a customer in her office so loudly. I’m not sure if other locations are better but here is horrible. Expect to be here for 30 mins or more. It’s also a Tuesday at 1pm
