The app/website has tons of glitches and the customer support is poorly managed. Most people are friendly, but they’re poorly equipped and likely twiddling their thumbs all day at work and feel awkward about the situation

Honestly - I have to use my bank in Cincinnati to receive any help at all.. When Richard was managing it was amazing. Anything you needed he was always there to help. I asked a teller how she liked her new position, her response was I don’t know yet. It’s so slow here.
