The app/website has tons of glitches and the customer support is poorly managed. Most people are friendly, but they’re poorly equipped and likely twiddling their thumbs all day at work and feel awkward about the situation
Shawndale,Nigel,Eric and Alica has amazing customer service. I love the way that they make me feel at home. Sheila is doing an amazing job managing the staff. Howard should be proud how fast nd efficient the service they ensure everyone is happy.
Honestly - I have to use my bank in Cincinnati to receive any help at all.. When Richard was managing it was amazing. Anything you needed he was always there to help. I asked a teller how she liked her new position, her response was I don’t know yet. It’s so slow here.
Opened an account earlier this year. They were some of the nicest bankers I've ever met. Very accommodating and personable.
I don't bank with them but I got a flat in their parking lot. Nice lady brought me some water. Much appreciated
