I am from India have visited my son in Georgia a week ago and while on a walk, I have seen the Bank and visited. The staff are quiet coordial and kind enough to respond politely to my request.
Tellers have no idea what they are doing! If Sara the manager is not in, this branch is worthless! They have no idea what they are supposed to do, don’t know the system…. Horrible!

I stood at the counter for twenty minutes trying to pay off my HELOC account balance. The teller proceeded to close my account, which I just spent five weeks opening last month. I didn’t want to close it, just pay off the balance. I only brought one check, so I had to take back my check and go home to get another one. It was not a difficult request so I’m not sure why it was so complicated, but I will never come back to this branch again.
I came here to open a CD and everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was quick and simple.
