Went to this branch to get something notarized. From the moment I called to inquire up to the moment I left, the staff were so friendly, understanding and efficient! Thank you!
Staff in this branch was very rude and not good at customer service and they dont even care about whether you bank with them or not. I did have an appointment yesterday - they didn’t even care about what you want. Please dont bank with this branch. 53rd Corenlius branch staff was polite and respectful with customers.
I’m so glad to have this as my bank. They are so helpful and friendly and Ashley Blank has helped us out a lot with any issues is always willing to take care of it. Love this bank.

Terrible experience with this branch. Customer service is non existent. They are argumentative and rude and do not know what they are doing. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here and I’ve definitely learned my lesson and will not be back.
