I had a very disappointing experience with Fifth Third Bank due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of Kristen Hayes. Her tone and manner of communication were unacceptable and made me feel disrespected as a customer. Based on my interaction with her, I left feeling that I may have been racially profiled, which is a serious concern that should not be taken lightly. Kristin Hayes was very rude and unprofessional towards me today, I was cashing a large check and she made me feel very uncomfortable. I thought it was just me until I over heard her speaking to another guest in the same manner. Customer service training needs to happen at this branch, it was so bad I will never do business with this institution again.
Went to this branch to get something notarized. From the moment I called to inquire up to the moment I left, the staff were so friendly, understanding and efficient! Thank you!
Staff in this branch was very rude and not good at customer service and they dont even care about whether you bank with them or not. I did have an appointment yesterday - they didn’t even care about what you want. Please dont bank with this branch. 53rd Corenlius branch staff was polite and respectful with customers.
