I haven't been a customer of Fifth Third in 2 years, but everyone was extremely helpful. I went in knowing what I needed was a long shot, but they went above and beyond to help me out.
I feel this is one of the most friendly and competent banks I have used, i always get personal service and the staff is always available to help me in person or over the telephone.
This particular branch is the most inept, unprofessional branch I've ever been in. Yesterday, my husband went in to pay on an account and there was only one person working the counter and the drive through. When there have been multiple people working the floor, they're more interested in socializing amongst themselves than working with customers. I feel like I'm walking into a high school when we go into this bank... that's NOT the way I want my financial institution feel.
