On average it will take you 45 minutes to make a deposit, or do anything for that matter. It is the slowest bank ever.

avoid 5/3 bank they are asking questions no bank should be asking just to deposit money they are most likely working with i.c.e.
Horrible bank.... I was scammed out of 2,000 dollars by calling a fake Apple customer service for help with my phone. I gave them my info and was scammed. I filed a dispute with 5/3 bank my bank for over 15 years they denied my dispute and did nothin to help me stating that the transaction was valid. 1,992 dollars to be exact and my bank did nothin to help me. The actual call center that’s handles disputes are even worse very rude and not helpful at all felt like my own bank was against me in this fight
RecommendedI have never had a problem with this bank. The people who complain simply do not know how to manage their finances or account. I can speak with a bank rep at just about anytime and any situation I have is handled immediately.

So my son in law went to pull money out of the atm today and it jammed. Now they are telling him 10-16 days to get HIS money!? It was a lot of money too. Taking advantage of people. Going to call the bbb and the attorney general. You should be ashamed of yourselves
