RecommendedI want to take the time to acknowledge one of the bank tellers who often assists me at this branch location. I believe her name is Kat. She was there about 4 years ago when my husband and I relocated here from out of state. She offers wonderful customer service, efficient, pleasant and has always called me by name. I appreciate those qualities and think that needs to be recognized.
Do not recommend. They have had my 401k funds since 9/30 and can not locate them. Breaking ERISA regulations and ignoring Their fiduciary responsibilities. Dishonest, immoral and criminal behavior. There should not be any delay, someone should be finding my money Today.

This is the last bank I would ever recommend to anyone. They don’t have enough people to even answer the phone. It’s all about how much money they can squeeze out of the customer. 🤮

RecommendedThe staff at the Fifth Third Bank on Nolensville Pike were very nice. They got me set up with an account and a debit card very quickly and they were very conscientious, polite and friendly!

I visit this bank ,because someone got I. to my account .went here told them the problem..they told me they were issuing me a new card ,15 days later .they never put in the request .I had to go today to the other branch .which the guy ,very courteous. even gave ame a receipt that they issued me a new card
I have reached out many times to ask how to fix the login details for mobile banking. Consistent resetting no longer works. Furthermore, I have ZERO access to mobile banking. Who wouldn't be frustrated if they did not have access to their money. This bank is a joke. 35 years as a customer...time to move on to a credit union.

Do not use the ATM. It took my card. I don't bank there, but I stopped to used the ATM as my bank was across town and I needed cash out. It did not even let me put my pin# in or any thing. It just took my card. You can't get ahold of no one to get it out. Now havr to wait til tomorrow. I didn't even get no cash or any thing. POS ATM.

The worst bank I have ever encountered! Please take your business elsewhere I can't tell enough people. I opened an account with them about a year ago just so I could have access to a bank close to where I live. I had moved from out of state and planned to still continue to bank with my out of state bank but wanted a place close to where a lived.
