Customer service is always 5 stars....inside branch or on the phone. I understand that the Woodlawn rd. Charlotte, NC location ATM is always broken, which it has been for 4 days now it is very inconvenient for to travel to Southpark for a deposit any time of day or night. I know some banks don't own ATMS anymore, but...this has me considering where I put my money.
I am highly satisfied with the new management. Operations have significantly improved, and the service is exceptionally professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

I put in an application on 9/25 I had to call several times until 10/2 to hear any type of update. The lady I spoke to told me it would take seconds to know if I’m approved. That’s a lie. If you have free time to continuously hunt down a business for answers please put your money in fifth third.
