Made an appointment here with my husband so we can add myself to his new account, when we arrived at this location we were told by the teller that she can’t take us at all today and that “she can’t split herself in two for us” because someone might walk in. There was one other person in the building that was with another employee. She did not offer any solution, she told us that we can go to a different location if we want but she can’t help us at this location. Terribly unprofessional! THEY WILL NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS‼️ We came in early with all the right documents and were told we would not be helped even though we had an appointment. They only had 2 people working on a Saturday morning. The woman behind the counter turned us away saying they wouldn't have time, there was only one other couple there. It was clear that they just didn't want to go through the effort of helping us.
Have never had a bad experience here! Really welcoming and helpful staff.
Do you need a gofund me page started to get working ATM ... its ridiculous i went to three branch ATM not working... but i can promise you would charge me overdraft fees if the money isn't there ... you are Not A Fifth Third Better
