ATM never seems to work when you need it, extremely disappointing. Main issue is Sundays, why? The whole point of an atm is to be able to have service outside of bank hours.
As many other people have mentioned, this branch is extremely slow and some tellers are not very friendly. The only location in the Mecklenberg/Union county area that still requires paper deposit slips. While this is the closest location to my home, I will often drive to another location to conduct business. Please overhaul the management here to give a better experience to your customers.
I have always been met with friendly faces and the upmost professionalism. I have been at this bank for almost 10 years. I love my small town bank and the convenience of coming in. They are always willing to help without being pushy. If you want the experience and impersonal feeling of big corporate banks, you won't get that here. If you want to deposit your check with a bankers that come to know you like family, this is the place for you.
Wait times just to cash a check are way to long for any small bank. And you will see 3 people sitting in offices while long lines at tellers with one teller that is the only one knowledgeable. One female teller is amazing. Many times everyone seems to take lunch at same time. Stood in line for over an hour to cash a check. And don’t even attempt drive thru- watched 3 people drive through and leave due to wait. We will soon be transferring all of our money from this bank- just too frustrating when you have to go in.
This branch is very slow, they are not in a hurry for anything. The Teller's are rude and not friendly at all. I have been banking here for 5 years and the Only reason I still bank with them is because my mortgage is through the bank. My daughter recently closed her account due to the rudeness she has encountered as well. They need a whole new staff turn over or train the ones they have in Customer service!
