SLOWEST DRIVE THRU. ANGRY DRIVER JUST PULLED OFF. UNACCEPTABLE
Three times now, the same drive thru teller has been rude and if 5/3 calls this "good" service, they need to rethink that or retrain that teller. There are a great deal of people looking for jobs that would appreciate having her job if she hates it so much it pours out of her like hatred, maybe she needs to find a place to work where she doesn't work with customers. ATM never seems to work when you need it, extremely disappointing. Main issue is Sundays, why? The whole point of an atm is to be able to have service outside of bank hours.
As many other people have mentioned, this branch is extremely slow and some tellers are not very friendly. The only location in the Mecklenberg/Union county area that still requires paper deposit slips. While this is the closest location to my home, I will often drive to another location to conduct business. Please overhaul the management here to give a better experience to your customers.
