Please steer clear of Fifth Third and all of their branches. They have terrible customer service and their personnel lacks banking knowledge. I deposited a check and the teller told me that it would be available in my account in 24 hrs with NO HOLDS. I’m an easy going person and I realize that people make mistakes BUT I specifically asked if these funds would be available. Because if not, I would take it somewhere else. girl behind the counter never said welcome or kiss my foot. I went to report a lost credit card and ask for a new one. I ask for the bathroom and she said we don't have a public restroom. I thought all business had to have one. I left to go to a restroom at a near by gas station came back to the bank and the girl never said she was sorry for inconvenience or when I left never said thank you. I want go back to this branch again if that is the way they do business.

By far one of the worst branches I have ever been too. The customer service was rude and I don’t want to place my money no where I’m treated poorly when retrieving. The lady was named Glenda and definitely a horrible representation of 5th 3rd
