Very racist against Black people. I sat in the lobby in one of the banks and the CSR ignored me and was on her cellphone. In NC very racist against Black's. I noticed an elderly lady was at the teller paying her credit card and she was encouraged to apply for another card with better options. They won't encourage nor advise Black people of the serviced and options. Very very nasty and unprofessional. All Fifth Third Banks
I hate having to deal with this location. It’s the closest to my job so I go on lunch but I will be just having to work it in my Saturdays and go to mooresville location.
I truly hate Fifth Third Bank. They used to be good, but the last few years have been terrible. Try to get some help. Every branch is different. Most will turn you away and say that you have to make an appointment. Some will let you walk in, but you never know what you are going to encounter until you already make the drive and waste your time. It’s been over 10 years and now I am done.
