I've never had any issues with the Branch on Golead Road. Always fast and the employees are always helpful and courteous.
Gave me the round around and gave me false information for a simple transaction I completed in 5 minutes at Walmart Money Center. Will never go back nor would I trust them with my money. 0 star isn’t an option unfortunately. So I gave them 1.

Very racist against Black people. I sat in the lobby in one of the banks and the CSR ignored me and was on her cellphone. In NC very racist against Black's. I noticed an elderly lady was at the teller paying her credit card and she was encouraged to apply for another card with better options. They won't encourage nor advise Black people of the serviced and options. Very very nasty and unprofessional. All Fifth Third Banks
