Predatory loans! They will not allow you to pay additional principal off endless you come in and see them! There is no way excuse for this behavior. I have been a customer for 12 plus years and am shocked.
I've been banking here forever. Although I didn't go into this particular branch. All the ones I have visited are really nice inside and the people are nice friendly and very helpful. By the way it was near closing when I arrived so it was more convenient to just use the ATM in the drive through.
I have been in the branch several times and so far I have really good experiences!
