Went in earlier this week to discuss a banking concern , was told will call you back in the afternoon with an answer ………still waiting I guess the other reviews pretty much sums up the customer service

Terrible service, unknowledgeable staff, and no commitment to their own word. As a business owner, over the past 4 years customer service has been one of the worst I have ever experienced. From high-turnover staff members that aren't properly trained, to false promises of calling back or connecting me to the business account management, I haven't been able to do the most basic account operations. They never help me always send me away with a number to call and the people on the number never help and this bank has been giving me the run around for 2 weeks with no help at all to unlock my account. I highly recommend a different bank if possible
