This branch was the final straw in me closing my account with 5/3. My experience with the bankers at the front was awful, they were extremely condescending and implied I was lying about ordering checks. I had to show them the copy of the order, and they did not apologize once for their mistake. Bank manager made excuses for their behavior and no one took responsibility for their mistakes.
This is the worst bank and branch you could ever join with. Take your money elsewhere! I learned the hard way. My card got scammed and the bank was zero help. Avoid, you were warned.
They lied about the interest rate. Said it was 4.2 or 4.3% (can't remember which now). We never got that rate. It was 2.1% in the beginning and now 2.0%
I love this little bank, we have been customers for 7 years, and never a bad experience. Always smiling faces, always very helpful. In the past, Andrew has helped us out several times, today at window 5/28, I did not get her name, but she was so incredibly friendly and cheerful, it's nice to see!! Thanks, 5/3!
The truth is that the service was very bad. I came on a Saturday and arrived at 1:30 a.m. As soon as I arrived and sat down, the person in charge of customer service came out and told me 4 times that she was just trying to help someone and she responded 4 times that at 12 p.m. she closed. This means that they close at 12 p.m. I have to be there at 10 p.m. to be sure that they don't stay a minute past 12 p.m.
