The truth is that the service was very bad. I came on a Saturday and arrived at 1:30 a.m. As soon as I arrived and sat down, the person in charge of customer service came out and told me 4 times that she was just trying to help someone and she responded 4 times that at 12 p.m. she closed. This means that they close at 12 p.m. I have to be there at 10 p.m. to be sure that they don't stay a minute past 12 p.m.
Went in to open an account here today. I have a second home here and I wanted a location that I could utilize here and at my other home. Thought 5/3 would be a good option. Went in and a teller/CSR told me to have a seat and someone would be right with me. After 10 minutes a well dressed lady came over and asked if I needed help. I said I wanted to open an account and she said it will be a while. She proceeded to go to the counter and talk about getting me some help to open an account.
