The people at the branch office are great. They called to check on me and followed up, so I have no complaints there. However, their mobile application is horrible, that’s when the nightmare started. Excellent service!
Good luck using their app! It’s useless!! Plus the text customer service is horrible! I actually had to ask the guy if he was a bot because he kept asking me the same questions! UPDATE!! Still couldn’t fix anything after coming in to the branch! Waisted time and money because I’m missing work for this! I closed my account and will never bank here again! Do not bank here you will regret it for sure!!!
