The people at the branch office are great. They called to check on me and followed up, so I have no complaints there. However, their mobile application is horrible, that’s when the nightmare started. I work in the cellphone industry, so I’m constantly changing phones. Just because I logged in from a different phone, they locked my account. Excellent service!
Good luck using their app! It’s useless!! Plus the text customer service is horrible! I actually had to ask the guy if he was a bot because he kept asking me the same questions! UPDATE!! Still couldn’t fix anything after coming in to the branch! Waisted time and money because I’m missing work for this! I closed my account and will never bank here again! Do not bank here you will regret it for sure!!!
