Customer service skills has a lot to be desired. They don’t say hello, or thank you. Not friendly at all.
The people at the branch office are great. They called to check on me and followed up, so I have no complaints there. However, their mobile application is horrible, that’s when the nightmare started. I work in the cellphone industry, so I’m constantly changing phones. Just because I logged in from a different phone, they locked my account. The situation got even worse when I had to deal with customer service from India. They were rude and careless.
