This place was incredible. The customer service from Jesus Santiago was incredible. We needed to get a wire transfer completed for the closing our new house and Jesus took the time to get it knocked out for us. Truly appreciate his service and the rest of his team was awesome as well. This is a well run branch and one that I will be going back to for money related services.
I feel at home when I walk into this bank. I have a great rapport with several employees who feel like family. We catch up briefly when I call on the phone or stop by. I've been with Fifth Third for over 15 years and really love their customer service. Alex greets me with a hug and a hello. It can't get much better than that!
Fraudulent bank. Opened an account with a promotional code. Did not honor code. Will be closing my account and will not bank here.
