I had a very uncomfortable experience at this branch while reporting fraudulent activity. They took my physical card but never ordered a replacement, leaving me without a card. They also did not appear to pull up my account information through the normal banking system, and I noticed employees using their personal phones while handling my personal information. This teller at the Ashley road location is still hacking my phone and banking account for the past 8 months. I had to get my second phone number because of her. I stopped going to that location because she keep emailing me about my accounts. She's also calling my phone claiming it's from 5/3rd bank and trying to tag my phone number each time.
