This teller at the Ashley road location is still hacking my phone and banking account for the past 8 months. I had to get my second phone number because of her. I stopped going to that location because she keep emailing me about my accounts. She's also calling my phone claiming it's from 5/3rd bank and trying to tag my phone number each time. 5/3Bank on Ashley Rd in Charlotte is the BEST!!! Mr. E. Eaddy has the best customer service and so very professional. If you have banking problems and you want to feel less stress, go to THIS LOCATION and bank with them!!!!
Deposited a check that didn’t have my name on it the first time, so we wrote my name and finished the deposit. I go online and there is a debit adjustment (negative) in the amount of the check then there is a deposit of the check. Now I have to go the branch to resolve it instead because they can’t verify you over the phone. Such convenience!
