5/3Bank on Ashley Rd in Charlotte is the BEST!!! Mr. E. Eaddy has the best customer service and so very professional. If you have banking problems and you want to feel less stress, go to THIS LOCATION and bank with them!!!!
Deposited a check that didn’t have my name on it the first time, so we wrote my name and finished the deposit. I go online and there is a debit adjustment (negative) in the amount of the check then there is a deposit of the check. Now I have to go the branch to resolve it instead because they can’t verify you over the phone. Such convenience!
It was very clean and very nice staff 😀
I'm realizing that the Ashley road location is hacking my debit card because the lady that I talked to basically intercepted the new card and email me about another new card with my original account number that is being hacked by 25 other hackers. She seems so suspicious to me by sending my old account number to my email 😑
