Tammy and Brandon are awesome with their service. If I have a problem or concern, they follow through to make sure that everything is okay.
Slow. No one knows how to do anything other than simple bank transactions. Getting a safety deposit box took over two hours and they still missed paperwork THEY needed. When they asked me to drive back in and sign the papers, that was just too much. I stopped in to close the safety deposit box and again, it took just under 2 hours because they did not know what they were doing!! Incredible under training!!!
