The only reason I am giving them one star is because their ATM is always down. There's always something wrong with it whether it's down for maintenance or whether there's no cash in it or today it was I couldn't insert my debit card because there was a red flap thing in front of where you insert your debit card. It's just very frustrating when you go to the ATM and you can't use it. So then you have to either go to Marine City or to Marysville to deposit or withdraw money. They need a new atm like what Marysville has.

My daughter deposited a large amount of cash in their ATM and received an error message, went into the bank where the teller was very rude and told her there is nothing they can do as they don’t service the machines. Almost a month later and there is still no resolution!!
