I cant even give this bank a star of any sort ..I went to there ATM machine and because i am not a fifth third customer it ate my card and destroyed it . Now I have to wait 2 weeks before i can get another card which is the way I get my pay check .. I will not go to that bank again ..
I went to pay a bill for my mom who was out of town. I didnt have the acct number and the woman at the window was rude and obnoxious! There was no reason at all for her to act that way, what horrible customer service. This isnt the first time someone has been down right rude at this bank. I will think again before going back and I will certainly NOT be going through them for any of my banking needs.
