Showed up for my appointment to open an account and was told I couldn't be seen. The one agent was fully booked and somehow I wasn't one of the appointments even though I had a confirmation number. Don't waste your time with this bank like they wasted mine.
Went in to get some coin rolls and ask a few questions about my account. The teller was very helpful and professional.
I want to Thank the banker Mrs Joy and and the director of the agency Denis for their professional help and pro activity. I'm very happy with this bank since I joined in 2023. Thank you.
Run as fast as you can! They will fee you to death.
Was told there was no one to help out however one of the ladies there was busy talking about herself for about 10 minutes. Time she could have used to help me out.
