Parking was full for graduation across the street and they were nice enough to allow me to park there for an hour for it.
Showed up for my appointment to open an account and was told I couldn't be seen. The one agent was fully booked and somehow I wasn't one of the appointments even though I had a confirmation number. Don't waste your time with this bank like they wasted mine.
Went in to get some coin rolls and ask a few questions about my account. The teller was very helpful and professional.
