I've been a 5/3 customer for 20 years; I regret it every month. Do yourself a favor, even if it costs you a little more in interest payments, go somewhere else for your loans; etc... . If I had to do it over, I wouldn't finance a dog house through this sub-par financial institution.
After 15 years as a customer, it's time to switch banks. They don't seem to value my loyalty, and they’re not helpful at all....
Though they don't the cool video things like Huntington this branch is always expedient and friendly!
