Opened up a checking account for a special promotion worked out good the lady told me they had a promotion for one their credit cards so I decided to try it out she said there was 0% interest on the card for a couple of months got my first bill they charged me interest she straight lied to my face so I closed all accounts will never bank with 5/3 again If your reading this I suggest you do the same.
Not happy today. I just deposited $10,000 and the teller tried to tell me it was my husband's fault because although he couldn't remember where he put the cash when he removed it from the home safe i counted the funds when I put it in the vacuum sealed bag and then put it in the safe. I was counting it when the teller said you dont have to count it ill put it in the machine and the machine said it was only $9800. I had the worst experience today with Lacy (PBII) at this location while trying to assist my 92 year old grandma with 2 unknown charges on her credit card. When we walked into the branch, we were greeted warmly by the staff at the teller line and Josephine (not confident about her name) asked how she could help. I stated that my grandma needed to dispute two charges and she politely said she would message the banker for help.
