I had the worst experience today with Lacy (PBII) at this location while trying to assist my 92 year old grandma with 2 unknown charges on her credit card. When we walked into the branch, we were greeted warmly by the staff at the teller line and Josephine (not confident about her name) asked how she could help. I stated that my grandma needed to dispute two charges and she politely said she would message the banker for help.
