Jodi is great. She helped me create a savings account for my son, walked me through the options of which may be best for him. She is super silly and was a breath of fresh air when talking banking. Love her.

I understand there is only one personal banker on Saturdays, but if they’re going to be with someone for an hour and people are waiting it would be nice to at least let them know how long it’s going to be so they can decide if it’s worth waiting. Pretty sub par customer service.
